In May of 2018, I graduated from Wittenberg University with a Bachelor of Arts in communication and a minor in psychology. Following graduation, I worked at the Walt Disney World Resort and learned that my true passion is creating happiness for others and making their dreams come true! Upon completing my internship with Disney, I decided it was time to pursue the career I have always wanted: being in the wedding and events industry. Joining the Estate team was the perfect fit for me and I couldn’t be happier! I love being able to see wedding-day dreams come to life and being a part of each couple’s unique story!
When I’m not at The Estate, you can find me hanging out with my closest friends, reading a book, or watching Disney+! Iced coffee gives me life, I love glitter, and I adore cats. I love making people laugh and smile and I’m grateful my position here at The Estate allows me to be myself with our wonderful clients.
Rachel Hellerman
Director of Business Operations
Rachel graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration.
She is interested in architecture & interior design, finding new places for a weekend retreat, snow skiing and boating. She has 90lb. Fox-Red English Labrador named Clancy, he likes Pina Coladas and getting caught in the rain. She has almost 8 years of independent rep. experience in the great state of Ohio. She started in the Corporate & Social event business in September 2017 and she’s over-joyed to have made the jump into this industry! KAREN JOHNSON
Senior Associate Director of Corporate Events
I joined the BTTS Family in the summer of 2017. I started out at one of our sister properties working the weddings. In 2018 I started working the all the corporate and social events for all the properties. I have worked corporate all-day meetings as small as 20 and larger scale corporate holiday parties as large as 300! I love planning and executing events. It is important to me that my clients have a smooth, and stress-free planning process.
When I am not executing events, you can find me spending time with friends, watching true crime documentaries, and enjoying local trivia nights! I love working with people, and I am beyond grateful for my position with BTTS!
